Counties Property Care is a locally owned and operated business run by Niels and Nicole Mooij who have been married for over 20 years and have 4 children.

Niels emigrated from Holland when he was 21 and settled down in the small town of Tuakau in 1994.  He has over 27 years experience in taking care of carpet and is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) qualified in many categories. He established Counties Property Care in 2014 so that he could service the Franklin, Pukekohe and Waiuku region and has had an overwhelming response from the local community.

Insurance companies, property managers, aged care facilities, businesses and home owners who have used Counties Property Cares services have been more than happy to continue to use us and recommend others to do the same. As a result, over the last few years we have had to expand and now have three vans and two more technicians who have been trained by Niels and have received international training and experience. We hope to continue offering our services to our local community and are very grateful for their continued support of our small, local, family business.
